For a year and a half,
a Parish Plan Steering Group,
acting on behalf of the Parish Council,
worked to prepare a Parish Plan.
Their work was supported by a grant from the Countryside Agency.
The plan was approved by the Parish Council
on March 22nd 2005, and was distributed to all households in the parish.
Since then the Parish Council has implemented a significant part of the plan, and continues to work on the longer term issues, e.g. public transport
