New Conservation Service
MHDC is introducing a new service to complement our Duty Planning Officer facility.
From the 7th April 2010, a Conservation Officer will be available in the Malvern Customer Service Centre, in Malvern Library, to answer simple enquiries on listed building issues every Wednesday afternoon between 14-00 and 16-00.
Initially this will be a drop-in service, first-come-first served but we anticipate that each consultation should last no longer than twenty minutes so that any waiting time will not be excessive. To enable us to advise fully, it is suggested that you bring photographs and/or drawings of the building in question so that we can discuss the impact of any proposed works on the whole of the building.
